Khal (Af Ingiriis : vinegar; Af Carabi : ar‎) waa dareere ka samaysan ilaa 5–20% acetic acid (CH3COOH), biyo, iyo noocyo kale oo kimikooyin ah kuwaasi oo u sameeya midabo kala duwan iyo xajmi jaamud oo kala adaga. Khalku waa dareere ka samaysan asiidh iyo biyo kuwaasi oo loo isticmaalo cuntada noocyadeeda kala duwan.[1]
